What's included?

All of our courses include the cost of tuition with training manual, accommodation and meals. Costs related to travel, travel insurance, and required reading are not included.

 

Payment Policy

Full payment is always due BEFORE the start of every course. This is because we need to pay the retreat center before we arrive.


Payment is due according to the following schedule:


200hr Yoga Training

$500 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration to reserve your space

50% of the remaining balance is due 3 months before the start of the course

The final 50% of your total is due 14 days before the start of the course.

100hr Yoga Training

$250 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration to reserve your space

50% of the remaining balance is due 3 months before the start of the course

The final 50% of your total is due 14 days before the start of the course.

Discounts are offered for those who pay in full when registering. Early bird discounts are available for those who register early. Please visit our training pages to learn more about ways to save!

Payment deadlines may vary based on location and retreat center policies. Please refer to the course catalog to learn about payment schedules for the course you are registering for.

 

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.


Cancel at least 90 days before the start of the course and a $250 cancellation fee will be applied. Your remaining balance after that will be refunded.

Cancel 89 - 31 days before the start of the course and a $450 cancellation fee will be applied. Your remaining balance after that will be refunded


Cancel within 30 days of the course start date, and no refunds will be offered on any payments made.

Should we need to cancel the course for any reason, all payments including the deposit will be returned within 10 business days of the cancellation.

 

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another qualified student. If you are able to find someone who would like to attend in your place, you will be responsible for completing your payment with us and collecting your reimbursement directly from your replacement.


If we need to refund your payment and collect payment from your replacement, the cancellation policy fees will be applied according to the date of your cancellation.

If you received any discounts when registering, these savings are transferable only in the event that you complete your payment and collect your reimbursement from your replacement. If we need to refund your payment and collect payment from your replacement, they will be responsible for paying any difference in tuition cost.


Please inform us in writing that you are transferring your registration to another student. Include in your letter:

  • Your Name & Registration Date

  • Their Name & Email Address

 

Privacy Policy

Paramatma Yoga may collect personal information, like name and email address. We use this information for marketing purposes and never sell or share any of your information with third parties.

Online payments are processed through WeTravel. We do not process online payments and have no affiliation with this payment processing company aside from employing their services. If you would like to learn more about the security of your payment information when paying online, please contact WeTravel directly.

We prefer direct bank transfers (e-checks) or check payment. Any details shared with us for these purposes are protected by the highest level of security and are never shared under any circumstances.
